Ground-Up Spanish Revival with Detached ADU

Project Overview

We are homeowners rebuilding after a total loss due to fire and are seeking an experienced ground-up residential general contractor to partner with us on a full rebuild.

This is a permitted, plan-complete project with SD architectural prepared. We are looking for a contractor who is comfortable executing a well-documented set of plans and coordinating with inspectors, consultants, and utility providers in Los Angeles County.

We are seeking a hands-on builder who acts as a true partner throughout the process, present on the job, engaged in decisions, and invested in delivering a high-quality outcome, not just managing from a distance.
