He has also worked with top-tier Los Angeles construction firms on many iconic projects throughout the region. Bringing that public-sector discipline and large-scale project methodology into the private market, he founded our company to operate with the same level of precision, documentation, and accountability used on major developments.

We have successfully delivered custom homes and 75+ ADUs, along with numerous residential and multifamily projects across Los Angeles, handling everything from permitting and city coordination to budgeting, scheduling, and construction execution. By implementing proven big-project procedures within a highly agile team, we maintain exceptional attention to detail, predictable timelines, and transparent cost control—eliminating surprises and protecting our clients’ investments.
