We are preparing to rebuild a new Farmhouse Ranch–style home in Altadena and are looking for a licensed, detail-oriented builder who understands the clean lines, proportional massing, and restrained character that define this architectural style. We have a full set of structural and architectural plans available, outlining a thoughtfully designed single-story layout with modern farmhouse detailing, a reconstructed garage, and updated systems throughout.

The exterior follows a classic Farmhouse Ranch profile with simple gable rooflines, horizontal siding, clean trim, and an emphasis on symmetry and natural light. Inside, the floor plan maintains the open, connected flow that makes ranch homes so functional—wide transitions, generous gathering spaces, and sightlines from front to back. We plan to incorporate durable, high-quality finishes throughout, so we are looking for a builder who is experienced with precise trim work, smooth-wall drywall finishes, and accurate execution of clean, modern profiles.

The project includes porch structures, new foundations, updated MEP systems, and code-compliant fire-sprinkler integration, so experience with ground-up construction, coordination between trades, and adherence to current LA County standards is important to us.
